Joy Thompson Sexton is a content creator and storyteller. She is Mom of 9 and Grandmommy of 6 so far, a veteran homeschooling mom, Bible teacher, and women’s speaker, an author, and counselor for hurting women. Widowed at the age of 23 and then divorced after 30 years of marriage as she entered her 60’s, her experiences have led her to invest in women facing many of life’s unexpected hurdles and uncertain futures. She runs The Forgotten Woman Ministries and offers local ministry through Tranquility in North Carolina.
