Smile with Me!

My experience with 9 boys and 3 girls…

The most frightening instance that I remember: My boy toddler (14 months old) stood at the top of the stairwell calling my name. When I came to the bottom of the stairwell and looked up, I saw him holding his baby sister (1 month old) by the neck of her sleeper and dangling her through the slats of the banister. *He had decided that her naptime was over and removed her from her bassinet and was bringing her to me. I very quietly told him to hold on very carefully while I climbed the steps to him and safely took the baby from him. I learned early on to check on these two often.

It has been said, “insanity is hereditary”, meaning, you get it from your kids.
